Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a scheduled consultation or engagement with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the scheduled service fee.
Refund Policy
Paydence is committed to client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as full refunds, partial refunds, or service credits depending on the circumstances.
Completed research reports, custom itineraries, and written deliverables are non-refundable once delivered, as they represent significant time and expertise investment.
Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. We allow up to two reschedules per engagement without penalty.
