Services
Paydence provides consulting, advisory, research, and travel planning services as described in individual engagement agreements. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are outlined in a written agreement before work begins.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables created by Paydence become the property of the client upon full payment. Paydence retains the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies for business purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Paydence provides advisory and consulting services in good faith. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from client decisions made based on our advice.
